About Free Educational Opportunities

Despite the high competition and limited availability of certain courses in popular countries and universities, it is possible to pursue such courses free of cost or at a minimal cost in many other countries, given that you fulfil the respective eligibility criteria. Free education may refer to a complete waiver of tuition fees or minimal costs that could be involved.

Germany, Norway, Sweden are among the countries that offer ample free education opportunities. However, living expenses in some of these countries are quite high. Information regarding the procedures involved, specific courses to pursue, confirming the eligibility and prerequisites beforehand are important steps for prospective students.

FAQ's

Which countries are offering free education?

Every country and university usually has talent-based scholarship schemes for selected courses. But countries like Germany, Sweden, Norway, France, Italy, Iceland, Austria, Spain provide free education to eligible students. If not free, education in these countries is very affordable.

Do they provide for living expenses as well?

While you will not be charged tuition for attending college in Germany, you will be responsible for covering your living expenses. Rent, food, and other living expenditures account for roughly 725 euros (about $850) per month for the average international student in Germany. To obtain a student visa, you must demonstrate that you can afford 861 euros per month (about $1,010).

What are the additional costs I have to be prepared for?

They are mostly living expenses such as rent, food and travel expenses. One must remember that free education only refers to the waiver of tuition fees. The students must bear all the other expenses, and necessary financial records supporting the same must be furnished to the authorities of respective countries. But, compared to education in countries like the USA, this is still a great advantage.

Are free education opportunities available for all courses overseas?

No. Only on selective courses do Universities in the above countries extend free education opportunities. Contact us for more detailed information regarding that.
